About the festival

Grow human capital by bringing young people into STEM

Alem Tech Fest is the international festival of USTEM Foundation, the official FIRST operator for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. In 2027 the festival moves to the new campus of the Kazakh National University of Sports in Astana.

Teams aged 4 to 25 and older bring robots, drones, satellites and code. Results count toward national rankings and qualification to international championships.
